Acceptance

Any order made on www.french-kit.com implies that you are in agreement with the following terms and conditions.

Your order

French Kit generally has in stock all the products for sale on this site.

Nevertheless, should your order be out of stock, either because of a high demand, or because of a problem with a supplier, French Kit offers the following alternatives:

• a refund
• a voucher
• postponing your order

French Kit maintains the right to cancel all or part of submitted orders in case of complications with its suppliers or in case of force majeur.

Rate of exchange

All prices are in Euros, all tax included, and are subject to the French VAT of 19,6%.

They do not include shipping costs.

If you are in a non-Euro zone, your account will be charged in your local currency of an amount equal to the current rate of exchange in place at the time of your order.

Shipping

Orders leave French Kit's local branch only after payment has been cleared.

If delivery time exceeds 30 days, French Kit promises to either cancel or reimburse your order.

Nonetheless, French Kit is not responsible for delays independent of its will, such as:

• post office strikes
• logistical errors of postal services

In order to guarantee security and satisfaction for both you and French Kit, all parcels are subject to a signature upon receipt.

All parcels are sent from France via the French postal services.

Each order is subject to shipping costs that vary according to your location.

Shipping time and costs

Shipping time begins the moment payment has been cleared.

Returns policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your kit, you have 7 days to return it*. Shipping costs for the return will be at your charge.

For overseas countries, the post mark will serve as an act of good faith.

*Special conditions apply to the following:

Christmas period: for any order placed between 1 and 20 December, you have 30 days from the day of reception to return your kit in accordance with the present "returns policy" regulation.

Each returned kit must be in perfect condition, with its detailed bill as well as a note with the reason of the return.

French Kit will give you a refund within a 30 day period, so long as the reason for the return is fair and justified.

Any kit returned incomplete, damaged or soiled in any way will not be taken back. Once again, shipping costs for the return trip back to you will be at your charge.

Limitation of liability

Only you (the client), are responsible for the choice of item(s) ordered on this site, as well as its or their up-keeping once in your possession.

French Kit SARL cannot be held responsible for the disrespect of legislative arrangements or regulations in effect in the country of delivery.

French Kit SARL is only responsible for the respect of the French regulation in relation to its products.

Civil jurisdiction and contestation

The Bobigny tribunal is the sole competent authority on any contestation that could arise from the present terms and conditions and the contracts to which they apply.

Intellectual property rights

All texts, comments, works, graphics and images featured on www.frenchkit.com are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under French and foreign laws and international conventions.

In conformity with the disposal of the Intellectual property code, private use of the site content is only permitted with French Kit's writtten consent. Therefore you agree not to engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Content other than expressly permitted herein.

Any replication, whether total or partial of this site is strictly forbidden.

All personal information concerning you is confidential, and French Kit is scrupulously committed to protecting your privacy.

The information we have only serves to process your orders.
